Welcome to the Blogspot of the 2012 Southern Hills Christian College community service trip. We will be partnering with Kurrawang CAPS primary school and travelling to Coolgardie. The purpose of this trip is for upper secondary students to experience the culture of another people group and assist in numerous areas where help is needed. Currently these areas involve teaching, building and maintenance.
Whilst the majority of the trip will involve working in the above mentioned areas, there will also be opportunities for the students to experience a tour of the Super pit. Other ministry areas include visiting a local youth groups and churches. Thank you for your support. We look forward to your comments and prayers during the trip. Wow cant believe the time is here already!!!!! Looking forward to the trip. Really hope the guys get alot out of the trip and that they will be a blessing to the people in kurrawang! Thanks to everyone who has made this trip possible!!
